Holiday, villa, hersonissos, gay, crete, creta, lodgings, accommodation, bars, clubs, bed, breakfast,b,and,&,apartments This is me, Ralfa. Aren't I just gorgeous?

You will notice that I left the recipe for baklavas running for two weeks instead of one! This is because it was so popular that HWMBO said to leave it for another week so that everyone could find it easily.

This week’s recipe is tuna fish in fresh tomato sauce.

If the tuna is not cut into slices or steaks, then cut it now and if you want you can marinade it in some vinegar for an hour before you cook it. Wash and dry the fish.

Brown the onion and garlic in a heavy pan then add the tuna steaks turning them several times.

Pour in the tomatoes with a cup of water and salt and pepper to taste and simmer for about 30 minutes.

Simple and delicious!
Ingredients
1kg fresh tuna steaks
Half cup olive oil
2 finely chopped medium onions
1 or 2 cloves of garlis finely chopped
4 or 5 medium ripe tomatoes finely chopped
Salt and pepper

You may have heard about our recent cold weather and snow!

During the day of the worst weather nearly 700 people looked at my web camera, a record for one day!

HWMBO says to apologise for the fact that you couldn’t really see a lot because there was so much snow and sleet around it covered the lens on the camera and the following day it was full of condensation so it was all a bit blurred.
