1. This offer cannot be combined with any other offer
2. Offer only valid for minimum stay of three nights and must include Friday and Sunday nights
3. Offer subject to prior bookings and availability
4. The price given is the total for two people sharing our self contained apartment and includes accommodation, continental breakfast for three days, and traditional English Sunday roast dinner on Sunday evening.
5. No reduction if meals are not taken
6. Extras such as laundry will be charged separately
7. Additional nights may be purchased at €31.50 per night including breakfast (normal price €35.50) for two guests.
8. No reduction for single occupancy (additional nights for single same as normal rate)
9. Payment in advance to confirm the booking please
